REFUND POLICY

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.

Refunds will be processed via electronic payment and may take up 14 working days to process. 

Please note that there will be a R100 surcharge on items that need to be returned/exchanged. The fee will be deducted from the garment’s purchase price before we give you its refund or we will send an Invoice for EFT payment.
