RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SOUTH AFRICAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We always give our best when producing your clothes, but sometimes things are just not meant to be! So don’t worry if something doesn’t fit, you can return it within 10 days!

You just have to make sure the garment is in a sellable condition. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Make-up and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Your return should take a maximum of 14 - 17 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a proof of payment. 

Please note that there will be a R200 surcharge on items that need to be returned. And we charge R200 for items that need to be exchanged more than once. The fee will be deducted from the garment’s purchase price before we give you its refund or we will send an Invoice for EFT payment. 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE? 

- PLEASE NOTE RETURNS & EXCHANGES NEED TO BE LOGGED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN STUDIO OR DELIVERY (IF BOUGHT ONLINE) 

- You can make use of the self service return link by clicking here: RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER

- OR You can email us at studio@marethcolleen.com naming your ORDER NUMBER and provide us the reason why you’d like to return your order.

- We will arrange collection with our courier services so please confirm collection date and address. 

- Please note we only process the new size once we receive the original back so allow another 7 - 10 working days or if you need it sooner please let us know xx

- Then pack your purchase in the original package sent to you with your order.

- Refund will be given approximately within 14 working days after your package reaches us

- R200 will be deducted from your total refund for the return courier costs 

- R200 will be charged if we need to exchange an item more than once. We offer one free exchange.
This excludes SALE items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items
