SOUTH AFRICAN DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is free in South Africa for all womenswear.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT?
Delivery lead time is approximately 7 - 10 working days (excludes day of purchase).   

We always try get your order to you on time but please be patient with us and our courier services during this time. During high sales times (like November and December) we are extremely busy so please ensure you place your order in advance. 

We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as the couriers collect from our studio.  

WHY DO YOU TAKE SO LONG??
Because we make your order from scratch.
We are a small independent brand. When we receive your order we do a quick happy dance. Then we get to work! Each garment is cut by hand, assembled by our machinists (Narrima & Nabu), ironed, quality checked, packed and shipped from our studio in Woodstock.

BUT I NEED IT THIS SATURDAY!?
We will always try our best to get a parcel to you sooner if you need it asap! If you need your garment sooner for any reason, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will try get it to you as soon as possible studio@marethcolleen.com 

CAN I UBER MY PARCEL TO ME?
We can assist as much as possible if you need your parcel SUPER urgently and wish to Uber it to you. Please email us at studio@marethcolleen.com stating your order number and where you need the parcel to go and what day. Please note, we are in a building (not on the road) so Natasha our sales lady will need to hand over the parcel outside of our studio. For this reason, please note we can assist 09:00 - 15:00 Tuesday to Thursday. 

      AND IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE?
      Please note that there will be a R150 surcharge on items that need to be returned/exchanged. The fee will be deducted from the garment’s purchase price before we give you its refund or we will send an Invoice for EFT payment.

Exchanged items will be processed and dispatched once the initial item has been returned. Please allow standard process time for new size or style. If you require the exchange item urgently let us know at studio@marethcolleen.com

     Returns and exchanges on Sale items - an additional R150 courier fee will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders over R 7 000 ship for free. For orders under R 7 000 there will be an additional shipping rate of R 900.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees - before purchasing please do research on your country's policies and fees.

Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

International orders arrive in two to five weeks - standard delivery times do not apply.
