Apart from award winning wines available for tasting on the Wildekrans farm, the estate offers 8-luxury self-catering cottages, perfectly designed for ultimate experience in relaxation.

There are 8 cottages available on the farm, a three-bedroom option and seven two-bedroom options. All of them are spacious with facilities including WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen and a television. They accommodate 4-6 people respectively.

The cottages have been sensitively decorated and their façades blend perfectly with the Cape landscape.  Nestled between the vineyards and the plum orchards on the banks of the Bot River, all cottages are whitewashed with green tin roofs and a stoop, allowing for al fresco dining as the mountains and vineyards unfold in the distance.

Activities on the farm include hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, swimming in the estate dam, golfing at nearby Arabella… and of course wine tasting. William, the estate wine-maker is always on hand if you have any wine-related questions at all.

Wildekrans is a five-minute drive from the Bot River Hotel and Pub, it’s also only twenty minutes away from Kleinmond Beach. The restaurants and shops of Hermanus are a short trip away and it is an hour’s picturesque drive from Cape Town.

Wildekrans also offers event facilities perfect for a country wedding, birthdays or business functions. The interior caters for 40 people and the space in its entirety can accommodate up to 80 people when the stoop and Bedouin tents are utilised.
